As both a mother and a physician, I care for my patients with the same level of dedication and compassion that I give my own family. My approach to medicine is centered on treating the whole person, not just symptoms, and I take pride in providing high quality, comprehensive care that makes women feel truly supported.
I originally founded a practice called WholeBodyMD to create a practice where care is centered on the patient and not dictated by insurance. When I first launched my direct primary care practice, it was broad scope primary care. In 2025, being on the hormonal roller coaster of my third pregnancy, postpartum, while anticipating the perimenopausal years, I realized women need more support in midlife. Leaving traditional healthcare allowed me the time to explore hormones and gut health in great depth and I realized how much I enjoyed this type of medicine.
Eden was born out of a desire to provide care that truly works for midlife women. While initially broad scope primary care, I realized the urgent need for specialized women’s health support during perimenopause and menopause. Eden now focuses on hormone optimization and midlife wellness, empowering women to feel like themselves again.
I believe healthcare should be a partnership between physician and patient, built on trust and accessibility.
By practicing in a direct care model, I am able to remove many of the barriers of traditional healthcare, offering longer visits, same day or next day appointments, and virtual options when needed so my patients receive care when they need it most.
With a strong foundation in evidence based medicine, I stay current with the latest research and bring that knowledge into personalized treatment plans designed for each woman’s unique needs. Whether it is managing chronic conditions, preventing illness, or supporting overall wellness, I am here to guide my patients with compassion and expertise.
